We want you to love your Dood & Frink pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

ReturnsYou have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In original condition

• Returned with all original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable ItemsDue to the nature of limited drops and made-to-order items, the following are non-refundable:

• Custom or personalised items

• Items purchased in sale or clearance drops

ExchangesWe currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size, please return your item and place a new order.

RefundsOnce your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
